Golu is a friendly chatbot built to add value with intelligence and smartness. Golu was developed by Diyo A.I. during the COVID-19 pandemic. It communicates in the Nepali language. It is an app page on Facebook-Golu which was created by Diyo AI during COVID-19 pandemic. In the first COVID, Golu provided reliable and trustworthy information about COVID-19, reducing misinformation and fake news. Golu was a source of information for citizens. Furthermore, during the 2nd COVID, Golu helped the citizens by providing information on ambulance services via the COVID-19 Emergency Viber group. This helped citizens receive accurate and timely information during a difficult time.
